FEATURE
Single And Multiple Delivery Options
The app gives users the flexibility to send items to a single location or multiple destinations in a single order. For batch deliveries, the system provides controlled and trackable multiple drop-offs, ensuring each item is accounted for and delivered efficiently. Whether it’s a quick parcel drop-off or distributing packages across different addresses, the process is seamless, saving time, reducing cost, and making deliveries more efficient for both individuals and businesses.

USER
PAIN POINTS
In Lagos, the demand for reliable delivery services far outweighs the supply, creating constant challenges for businesses and individuals. Finding trusted riders for bikes, tricycles, or trucks at pocket-friendly rates is difficult. The few dependable riders are often overloaded with multiple deliveries, leading to delays, failed drop-offs, and unhappy customers a serious problem in a city where speed means everything.
The situation is worsened by Lagos traffic congestion, which makes timely delivery even harder, and the lack of delivery insurance for intra-city deliveries. When items get lost or damaged in transit, there is no compensation, causing businesses to lose money and customers, and individuals to lose valuable goods.

STRATEGY
Problem Statement
Businesses and individuals in Lagos face major challenges in booking reliable, affordable, and timely delivery services for items ranging from small packages to bulk goods. Existing solutions often lack flexibility in pricing, have limited rider availability during peak periods, and provide no insurance for intra-city deliveries. These gaps lead to delayed deliveries, damaged items without compensation, and a loss of trust from customers.
Goal
To design an intuitive logistics platform that connects users with verified riders across multiple delivery modes (motorbikes, tricycles, vans, trucks), offering flexible pricing, real-time tracking, and delivery insurance. The goal is to give users more control, improve reliability, and enhance security for all deliveries.
Approach
My strategy focuses on user-centered design driven by research insights. I conducted interviews with mostly Instagram business vendors, individuals, and riders to uncover key pain points and expectations. Based on this, I introduced features such as single and batch delivery options, controlled pricing, insurance coverage, and rider verification.
